Requirements
- •Based in New York City or Paris
- •Proven experience growing and managing large social media accounts for brands, startups, or agencies
- •Strong understanding of social platform performance
- •Comfortable creating content for B2B audiences including business owners, operators, entrepreneurs, and online sellers
- •Experienced with AI tools and workflows
- •Proficient with Canva and Capcut
- •Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Curious, proactive, and able to operate with high ownership
- •Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
What You'll Do
- •Own the day-to-day execution of social media calendar
- •Develop content ideas aligned with brand, product launches, customer stories, and industry trends
- •Transform source material into multiple content formats (e.g., reports to carousels, webinars to short-form videos)
- •Write platform-native copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other channels
- •Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to publish content
- •Manage approvals, timelines, and priorities
- •Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth
- •Bring new ideas, formats, creators, and AI-powered workflows
