Requirements
- •3+ years in enterprise B2B sales with quota ownership of $700k+ and consistent target achievement
- •Experience selling in an environment with an evolving playbook and closing deals
- •Strong command of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC
- •Ability to build and develop own sales pipeline, not just work inbound leads
- •Consultative and sharp with ability to ask good questions, understand technical products, and simplify complex concepts
- •Comfortable traveling to meet customers and stakeholders when needed
- •Based in Paris or New York and available in-office 3 days per week
What You'll Do
- •Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close primarily on deals handed off from BDR or marketing
- •Continuously build your own pipeline to supplement inbound
- •Apply a structured methodology (MEDDPICC) to qualify and progress opportunities, including in segments where the playbook is still developing
- •Work closely with BDR, Marketing, Product, and ML to identify customer needs and feed insights back into the business
- •Contribute to the team's methodology and process by helping build missing elements
- •Travel to meet strategic accounts typically over $500k ARR when it matters
- •Track and manage all activity accurately in HubSpot

- •Experience selling APIs or developer-facing products
- •Familiarity with AI/ML or the GenAI landscape
- •Additional languages beyond English
