Requirements

•Track record managing 20+ creative assets simultaneously with improved production infrastructure
•Experience coordinating across creative teams, external clients, and freelancers with accountability to all
•Strong written communication skills for agendas, client recaps, and trafficking instructions
•Internet and cultural literacy to partner credibly with creative teams
•Demonstrated daily operational fluency with AI tools, integrating AI into workflow with final outputs reflecting own judgment

•Own the content calendar, pipeline, status tracking, and production processes across paid client deliverables and editorial content
•Build and implement briefing, trafficking, and approval workflows from initial brief to final client delivery
•Coordinate internal team members, external creative partners, and freelancers across multiple projects
•Manage budget tracking alongside the Account Director and raise purchase orders
•Run weekly cross-functional standups with internal and external stakeholders
•Escalate scope changes, budget risks, and timeline slippage to the Account Director early
•Support editorial and show production tracks with rigorous management of production calendars and schedules
•Maintain knowledge of platform algorithm updates and apply it when reviewing social deliverables
•Use AI tools to accelerate operational tasks such as generating briefs, structuring agendas, organizing feedback, and researching partners

•Prior experience in media, creator economy, or newsletter environments with editorial and sponsored content tracks
•Experience managing paid content or sponsorship deliverables alongside owned editorial content with client accountability
•A configured project management setup built and refined by candidate, explainable in interview
