Requirements
- •Experience building and scaling revenue operating systems in high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure environments
- •Strong commercial judgment framework with ability to prioritize long-term strategic value over short-term revenue
- •Track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with large global organizations
- •Experience leading senior commercial teams in founder-led environments
- •Experience in payments infrastructure, fintech, or stablecoin-enabled financial products with exposure to global money movement and enterprise go-to-market strategies
- •Strong AI fluency and ability to integrate AI into commercial workflows and operational processes
What You'll Do
- •Define the commercial strategy across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, customer expansion, and revenue operations
- •Establish frameworks for ICP prioritisation, deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial decision making
- •Build and operate the commercial cadence including pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, compensation design, performance management, and executive reporting
- •Mature the RevOps function with disciplined contract-to-revenue processes, scalable forecasting infrastructure, and reliable commercial insights
- •Partner with Product and Marketing to translate product strategy into go-to-market execution and enterprise adoption
- •Develop senior commercial leaders for managing complex enterprise negotiations and strategic customer relationships
- •Embed AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, pipeline management, and operational efficiency
- •Support complex negotiations, executive stakeholder management, and high-impact enterprise deals when needed
