Requirements
- •Demonstrated engineering experience building real systems with maintainable architecture
- •Hands-on experience working with AI agents and LLM-based systems, including building harnesses, integrations, or tooling on agent frameworks or LLM SDKs
- •Proven ability to work with AI coding agents as a core part of daily development workflow
- •Strong fundamentals in software engineering across languages and stacks (Python, TypeScript, others)
- •Self-directed execution with proactive communication and problem-solving
- •Genuine curiosity and hunger to stay at the frontier of AI tooling
What You'll Do
- •Design and build an organization-wide AI tooling onboarding system that auto-configures and recommends appropriate tools, workflows, and skill paths to individuals based on their role
- •Develop and maintain infrastructure supporting automatic deployment and configuration of AI tooling across the organization
- •Build custom internal applications and harnesses around AI agents and tooling, integrating systems across engineering and cross-functional teams
- •Implement and maintain an AI usage dashboard for leadership and teams to monitor adoption, productivity, and tooling health
- •Evaluate, integrate, and configure third-party AI tools to match organizational needs
- •Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to produce maintainable code and improve engineering team workflows
- •Communicate clearly and consistently in an async-first remote environment, keeping stakeholders informed
Nice to Have
- •Experience building telemetry, observability, or monitoring into AI-powered systems
- •Familiarity with crypto or blockchain infrastructure environments or fast-moving technology companies
- •Prior experience in developer experience, platform engineering, or internal tooling roles building for engineers
