Requirements
- •Significant product leadership experience in enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
- •Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure at companies like Fireblocks, Coinbase, Circle, Anchorage, Stripe, Block, or similar
- •Deep understanding of enterprise wallet architecture including custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security
- •Experience with custodial and non-custodial wallets and knowledge of when different architectures are appropriate
- •Track record of shipping payments, money movement, treasury, or financial infrastructure products at scale
- •Strong knowledge of stablecoins and decentralized finance including onchain liquidity and yield products
- •Understanding of operational needs of businesses managing money such as security, controls, compliance, reconciliation, liquidity, reliability, and integration with existing systems
- •Understanding of consumer wallet experiences and ability to differentiate needs of businesses, developers, and end users
- •Technical depth to work with blockchain and infrastructure engineers on complex systems
- •Strong product judgment in environments involving real money, security, and trust
- •Ability to translate broad strategic vision into focused roadmap and execute it
What You'll Do
- •Own the product strategy spanning enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, access to onchain financial products from money at rest
- •Solve operational problems behind holding money onchain for enterprise customers including secure wallet infrastructure, permissions and policies, custody models, treasury operations, compliance, liquidity, reconciliation, and integration with existing financial systems
- •Make onchain money easier to hold, control, move, and put to work for all users of the Open Money Stack
- •Define product strategy for how businesses hold and control stablecoins and digital assets across custodial and non-custodial environments
- •Build products and infrastructure for onchain treasury management including balances, liquidity, permissions, policies, counterparties, and treasury operations
- •Enable programmable money through APIs and programmable infrastructure for businesses
- •Create pathways for businesses and users to put idle capital to work via onchain yield, liquidity, and DeFi opportunities
- •Connect wallet balances to payments, payouts, transfers, and other financial workflows
- •Develop product perspectives on custody and control models across custodial, non-custodial, embedded, and hybrid wallet architectures
- •Work directly with fintechs, payment companies, financial institutions, marketplaces, and global businesses to understand money management needs
- •Collaborate with wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and partners to create integrated products
- •Lead product execution from thesis through launch and scaled adoption, define success metrics, and work with engineering, design, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams
