Requirements
- •Comfortable reading and occasionally writing code (SQL, JavaScript, Python)
- •Ability to explain technical details such as feature flag discrepancies and recommend changes
- •Advise on configuration best practices for PostHog products and integration into existing stacks
- •Understand how product teams work and collaborate
- •Strong customer focus to help users remove blockers
- •Ability to manage and prioritize around 40 customers effectively
What You'll Do
- •Engage regularly with 25-40 paying customers to ensure retention and growth
- •Build relationships with users and identify key people in each company
- •Own customer feedback and communicate it to the wider team
- •Respond promptly to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails
- •Monitor product usage and revenue data to maintain customer health
- •Proactively resolve issues to prevent customer churn
- •Serve as the primary expert for customers without defaulting to sales engineers
Nice to Have
- •Experience with developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
- •Previous experience in Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager roles combining technical expertise and commercial acumen
