Requirements
- •Strong customer focus to ensure long-term success with PostHog
- •Prior experience in a similar consulting role for a product in the analytics space
- •Automation-minded to simplify and scale PostHog adoption
- •Experience with SQL and Python
- •Willingness to travel for onsite work with customers
What You'll Do
- •Leading short-term projects with customers to ensure proper use of PostHog products
- •Auditing customer PostHog implementations for correctness, data quality, and privacy compliance
- •Leading managed migrations from other solutions to PostHog and building automation tooling
- •Mining support tickets, usage data, and customer conversations to identify at-risk accounts and friction patterns
- •Running technical investigations into customer-specific issues
- •Advising customers on experiment design, retention analysis, and behavioral monitoring strategy
- •Integrating data into and out of PostHog using in-product data pipelines
- •Raising issues or opportunities to the PostHog team
- •Shipping improvements to the PostHog product based on customer feedback
- •Being a trusted technical partner to customers
Nice to Have
- •Understanding of best practices for user-behavior based products (e.g. AARRR)
- •Experience deploying and using PostHog
- •Experience optimizing SQL queries for performance
- •Ability to structure work, documentation, and tooling for both human and AI consumption
