    Requirements

    • Technically capable and comfortable working with code
    • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and advise on configuration best practices
    • Understanding of how product teams work and how to help them use PostHog effectively
    • Strong customer focus to help users and remove blockers
    • Ability to work at scale managing around 40 customers with differentiated treatment

    What You'll Do

    • Engage regularly with a large number of larger customers to ensure retention and growth
    • Provide technical support including debugging and configuration advice
    • Handle commercial aspects such as pricing questions and credit renewals
    • Manage customer relationships and multi-threading
    • Manage escalations and be responsive to customer communications via Slack, support tickets, and emails
    • Own customer feedback and communicate it to the wider PostHog team
    • Monitor product usage and revenue data to maintain customer health and act early to prevent churn
    • Build automations to improve job efficiency

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working with developer tools or specifically product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
    • Experience in Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager roles combining technical expertise and commercial acumen
