Requirements
- •Held a senior role managing and coaching multiple teams in a similar business that scaled beyond $100m ARR
- •Spent at least 4+ years building at one company
- •Able to understand and pitch PostHog’s products with product management level knowledge
- •Based in the Bay Area and willing to frequently visit large customers in person
- •Experience setting up outbound sales or working closely with BDR/SDR teams with opinions on best practices
What You'll Do
- •Increasing sales velocity and hustle by engaging more with customers and deepening account relationships
- •Building a scalable sales machine to grow beyond $100m ARR
- •Building an outbound sales function including warm and cold outreach
- •Creating predictable forecasts, repeatable pipeline creation, and scalable rep productivity systems
- •Improving market segmentation, coverage model, and deal ownership rules/handoffs
- •Reporting to co-founder & co-CEO and coaching a smaller team of second-line leaders

- •Experience selling a no.2 or worse product in a difficult market
