Requirements
- •Technically capable and comfortable working with code
- •Understand how product teams work and collaborate
- •Strong customer focus to help users effectively use the product
- •Able to manage around 40 customers with differentiated approaches
What You'll Do
- •Engage regularly with a large number of larger customers to ensure retention and growth
- •Provide technical support including debugging and configuration advice
- •Handle commercial aspects such as pricing questions and credit renewals
- •Manage customer relationships and multi-threading
- •Investigate and solve technical issues independently
- •Be responsive to customer communications via Slack, support tickets, and emails
- •Own customer feedback and communicate it to the wider team
- •Monitor product usage and revenue data to maintain customer health and act proactively
- •Build automations to improve job efficiency
Nice to Have
- •Experience with developer tools or product analytics technologies such as session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
- •Experience in Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager roles combining technical expertise and commercial acumen
