    Requirements

    • Comfortable reading and occasionally writing code (SQL, JavaScript, Python)
    • Able to explain technical details such as feature flag discrepancies and recommend changes
    • Advise on configuration best practices for PostHog products and integration into existing stacks
    • Understand how product teams work and collaborate
    • Strong customer focus to remove blockers for effective product use
    • Able to manage around 40 customers and prioritize effectively

    What You'll Do

    • Engage regularly with 30-60 paying customers to ensure retention and growth
    • Build relationships with users and identify key people in each company
    • Own customer feedback and communicate it to the wider team
    • Respond promptly to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails
    • Monitor product usage and revenue data to maintain customer health
    • Proactively resolve issues to prevent customer churn
    • Focus primarily on customer retention rather than aggressive expansion

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with developer tools or product analytics technologies such as session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
    • Previous experience in Pre-sales or Technical Account Manager roles combining technical expertise and commercial acumen
