Requirements
- •3+ years experience in SaaS/AI-native pre-sales or Quality Management in life sciences (pharma)
- •Solid grounding in GxP frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and ISO 9001
- •Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- •Hands-on familiarity with AI in products or workflows
- •Ability to distill complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear presentations
- •Experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders
- •Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
What You'll Do
- •Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and articulate how Qualio's AI solution can transform their operations
- •Champion Qualio's agentic compliance solutions through tailored demonstrations
- •Become an in-house expert on Qualio's product and stay current on releases and features
- •Act as a subject matter expert enabling Sales and Customer Success teams through training and coaching
- •Combine industry expertise, product knowledge, and sales acumen to define solutions and sales strategies
- •Support evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities
- •Deliver value-driven presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions
- •Engage with decision-makers translating technical and regulatory concepts into clear narratives
- •Uncover customer needs and drive purchasing decisions or deeper product utilization
- •Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to accelerate deals and strengthen relationships
- •Participate in deal reviews to improve win rates
- •Train Sales and Customer Success teams on industry trends and product solutions
- •Serve as a bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams providing feedback
- •Contribute as a subject matter expert on RFP/RFI responses
