Requirements
- •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth across functions
- •Experience recruiting across global markets (US and EU)
- •Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools
- •Experience building and executing JEDI-informed sourcing strategies
- •Strong proficiency with modern ATS systems, Greenhouse experience a plus
- •Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers
- •Comfort with data tracking and analysis
- •Bias for documentation, async communication, and proactive stakeholder management
- •Experience attending or presenting at industry conferences or talent communities
- •Curiosity about the intersection of technology and talent
What You'll Do
- •Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles across functions in the US and EU
- •Conduct candidate interviews assessing motivational fit, values alignment, and technical skills
- •Serve as a problem solver and facilitator through final negotiations
- •Design and own proactive recruiting strategy including geo strategy and sourcing channel prioritization
- •Partner with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning
- •Lead JEDI sourcing campaigns building diverse candidate slates
- •Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor from intake through offer
- •Design and own recruiting processes for complex, multi-stakeholder searches
- •Drive employer branding campaigns in partnership with Marketing and People Ops
- •Represent Qualio at industry conferences and talent communities
- •Manage external recruiting agencies
- •Build and maintain compensation benchmarking tools
- •Embrace and champion AI-powered recruiting tools
- •Explore and assess emerging recruiting tools and platforms
- •Build sourcing agents and automated outreach workflows
- •Evaluate and optimize recruiting tech stack
- •Document AI experiments and best practices
- •Contribute to onboarding activities in partnership with People Ops
- •Partner with People Ops to ensure holistic team composition and values fit
- •Maintain Greenhouse hygiene including documentation and reporting
