    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS/AI-native pre-sales and/or Quality Management role within life sciences (pharma and/or medical devices)
    • Solid grounding in GxP frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, Computer Software Assurance (CSA), ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485
    • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device quality and compliance
    • Hands-on familiarity with AI
    • Ability to distill complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear presentations
    • Proven experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders
    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities

    What You'll Do

    • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and articulate how Qualio's AI solution can fundamentally transform how they operate
    • Champion Qualio's agentic compliance solutions through compelling, tailored demonstrations
    • Become an in-house expert on Qualio's product, staying current on releases and new features
    • Act as a key subject matter expert, enabling Sales and Customer Success colleagues through training and coaching
    • Identify key value drivers and define the right solution and sales strategy for each opportunity
    • Support evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities
    • Deliver value-driven presentations, product demonstrations and discovery sessions
    • Engage confidently with decision-makers at all levels, translating complex concepts into clear narratives
    • Uncover customer needs and offer unique perspectives to drive purchasing decisions
    • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to accelerate deals and strengthen relationships
    • Participate in deal reviews to shape strategy and improve win rates
    • Train and enable Sales and Customer Success colleagues on industry trends and product solutions
    • Serve as a bridge between customers and Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback
    • Contribute as a subject matter expert on RFP/RFI responses
