Requirements
- •3+ years in a technical IT role such as IT Support or Systems Administration
- •Deep hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting macOS
- •Experience managing users and access within an Identity Provider (IdP)
- •Experience using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for configurations and compliance
- •Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tooling and tuning
- •Fundamental understanding of security principles like Least Privilege, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Disk Encryption
- •Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users
What You'll Do
- •Manage identity and access lifecycle for team members
- •Architect and manage macOS device fleet using JAMF
- •Monitor and improve Data Loss Prevention posture
- •Utilize and tune automation tools for onboarding and support
- •Manage security access configurations within AWS cloud infrastructure
- •Champion AI tools to enhance security and IT efficiency
- •Create security training and awareness programs with HR
- •Provide IT and security support to employees
Nice to Have
- •Basic familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure
- •Hands-on experience with Auth0 for application authentication or customer identity management
- •Ability to write basic scripts in Bash, Python, or Zsh
- •Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF), or Okta Certified Professional
- •Experience with HITRUST and SOC 2 compliance
- •Familiarity with Okta Workflows
- •Experience using Gemini and/or Claude for security and IT process improvement
