    Requirements

    • 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership or GTM Strategy experience
    • 5+ years of people management experience
    • Experience in healthcare technology SaaS preferred
    • Experience operating across SMB/mid-market and enterprise GTM motions
    • Hands-on experience owning variable compensation processes end-to-end
    • Strong deal desk and commercial operations experience
    • Deep CRM and marketing automation expertise including CPQ and Salesforce Revenue Cloud
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
    • Comfortable working in a fully remote, rapidly scaling organization

    What You'll Do

    • Execute and evolve the Revenue Operations strategy to support upmarket enterprise sales motions
    • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles including quota design, territory planning, and scenario modeling
    • Own the full variable compensation process end-to-end
    • Stand up and lead deal desk processes for complex enterprise deals
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure deals and manage approvals
    • Drive forecasting methodology and pipeline governance
    • Define, track, and report on KPIs across the revenue funnel
    • Deliver executive dashboards and performance reporting
    • Standardize lead-to-cash workflows and strengthen cross-functional handoffs
    • Maintain Salesforce health and oversee GTM system integrations
    • Evaluate and optimize the GTM tech stack and manage vendor relationships
    • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability and communication
    • Mentor, coach, and develop Revenue Operations team members
    • Build scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and ownership

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in healthcare interoperability or health IT SaaS
    • Familiarity with usage-based or transaction-based pricing models
    • Preferred software: Hubspot, Catalyst, Maxio
