Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience
•3-5 years in Architecture or Lead/Principal role building large-scale distributed systems
•Expertise in AWS services (EKS, RDS, OpenSearch, Kafka)
•Proven system design skills for high volume real-time data with strict latency
•Proficiency with AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude)
•Expert understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
•Strong communication and influence skills
•Experience with Node.js/TypeScript or similar high-performance runtimes

•Define and maintain the long-term technical roadmap for the platform ensuring scalability and uptime
•Lead design of critical components and produce architectural design documents and proof-of-concepts
•Write code and lead hands-on technical leadership
•Remove technical friction for product squads to improve engineering velocity
•Drive improvements in CICD processes and developer workflows
•Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering leads for architectural consistency
•Optimize cloud-native environment for performance and cost
•Mentor Senior and Staff engineers and lead architectural review forums
•Identify and prioritize systemic technical debt and create migration paths for legacy systems

•Healthcare domain expertise and familiarity with HL7v2, FHIR, X12, or DICOM
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform/Terragrunt or CloudFormation
•Experience with Postgres optimization, NoSQL strategies, or data lake architectures
•Experience architecting AI/ML systems leveraging LLMs or RAG patterns
•Experience with Redis, monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes management tools
•Experience with dependency management tools and VPN setups for enterprise clients
