    Requirements

    • 7+ years of professional experience including 3+ years managing and developing customer-facing teams.
    • Proven success leading teams focused on renewing, expanding, and growing enterprise accounts with Net Revenue Retention/Expansion experience.
    • Strong business acumen translating technical value propositions into quantifiable business impact and ROI.
    • Experience developing customer accounts into long-term strategic franchises with upsell and cross-sell success.
    • Deep EHR integration, workflow knowledge, and clinical understanding to drive solution adoption and maximize utilization.
    • Ability to inspire execution, commercial focus, and accountability while fostering collaborative relationships.
    • Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead a team of Technical Account Managers focusing on strategic, commercially-minded partnership.
    • Develop data-driven strategies to secure renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and increase lifetime value of enterprise accounts.
    • Leverage healthcare, clinical workflow, and EHR knowledge to recommend new solutions and integration scopes.
    • Maximize Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive account management and expansion.
    • Act as executive sponsor for key accounts to ensure contract renewals and mitigate churn risk.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior TAMs to meet revenue retention and account expansion targets.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor translating technical challenges into financially sound strategies for customers.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering to manage customer success plans and escalations.
    • Monitor industry trends and product enhancements to guide customers toward new features for operational efficiency and growth.
