Requirements
- •5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in Healthcare technology
- •Demonstrated success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market including market segmentation and GTM strategy
- •Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles
- •Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
- •Technical aptitude with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- •Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- •Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic long-term thinking
- •Ability to build consensus and gain commitment including with C-Suite stakeholders
- •Interest in contributing to a strong product management culture
- •Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work
What You'll Do
- •Define and drive product strategy for connectivity network and data exchange across multiple customer segments
- •Spearhead product positioning and core messaging for target buyers and customer segments
- •Partner with Sales on active pipeline and strategic deals
- •Define business cases for new partnership integrations including commercial models and revenue share structures
- •Partner with Marketing on launch strategies and content development
- •Build and maintain field enablement materials such as battle cards and demo narratives
- •Manage full lifecycle of new connectivity and data enrichment products including strategy, discovery, prioritization, and launch readiness
- •Partner with Engineering, Design, and Solution Engineering to align commercial intent with technical feasibility and user experience
- •Define and monitor KPIs using data analytics and user feedback
- •Track regulatory landscape and translate compliance deadlines into product investments
