Requirements
- •5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally Healthcare technology
- •Success in bringing B2B SaaS products to market including market segmentation and GTM strategy
- •Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and complex B2B sales cycles
- •Strong knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
- •Technical aptitude and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
- •Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- •Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic long-term thinking
- •Ability to build consensus and gain commitment including with C-Suite

What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute product strategy for key market segments
- •Define and document business requirements for new features
- •Partner with Engineering and Design to align commercial intent with technical feasibility
- •Define and monitor KPIs using data analytics and user feedback
- •Spearhead product positioning and core messaging for target buyers
- •Identify new opportunities in interoperability space
- •Partner with Marketing on launch strategies and content development
- •Support Sales Enablement with training, pitch materials, and product demonstrations
- •Participate in cross-functional group analyzing regulatory impact
- •Develop strategies and plan product enhancements for regulatory changes
