Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Build and maintain dashboards to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions
- •Define key product health metrics and drive consistent reporting
- •Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust
- •Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration
- •Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance
- •Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales
- •Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews
- •Manage change communication and ensure downstream teams have what they need to deliver
- •Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows
- •Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles
