Requirements
- •2+ years experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles, ideally in HR Tech SaaS
- •Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations
- •Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), global HR, or payroll-related support
- •Strong organizational and time-management skills
- •Proactive nature with initiative and continuous improvement mindset
- •Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment
- •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
What You'll Do
- •Advise and proactively guide customers and their employees through the global employment process
- •Provide insight about employment in the country of hire
- •Explain how to hire compliantly via an Employer of Record (EoR)
- •Provide proactive updates on progress to all parties involved in hiring
- •Keep internal platforms updated and follow internal processes to ensure accuracy
- •Manage a portfolio of employees overseeing the complete onboarding process
- •Explain global employment requirements to clients and employees
- •Gather necessary documentation and collaborate with third-party partners for compliant paperwork
- •Keep all parties informed of progress
- •Use Employer of Record expertise to educate and guide clients on compliant global hiring
- •Partner with internal knowledge base and local experts on EoR solutions
- •Ensure all onboarding information is correct and up to date in systems
- •Work closely with global partners to uphold compliance and consistency
- •Collect user feedback and share with Product team for enhancements
- •Stay informed about product updates to advise clients and team members
- •Proactively manage onboarding service issues and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve problems
