    Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles, ideally in HR Tech SaaS
    • Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations
    • Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), global HR, or payroll-related support
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proactive nature with initiative and continuous improvement mindset
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

    What You'll Do

    • Advise and proactively guide customers and their employees through the global employment process
    • Provide insight about employment in the country of hire
    • Explain how to hire compliantly via an Employer of Record (EoR)
    • Provide proactive updates on progress to all parties involved in hiring
    • Keep internal platforms updated and follow internal processes to ensure accuracy
    • Manage a portfolio of employees overseeing the complete onboarding process
    • Explain global employment requirements to clients and employees
    • Gather necessary documentation and collaborate with third-party partners for compliant paperwork
    • Keep all parties informed of progress
    • Use Employer of Record expertise to educate and guide clients on compliant global hiring
    • Partner with internal knowledge base and local experts on EoR solutions
    • Ensure all onboarding information is correct and up to date in systems
    • Work closely with global partners to uphold compliance and consistency
    • Collect user feedback and share with Product team for enhancements
    • Stay informed about product updates to advise clients and team members
    • Proactively manage onboarding service issues and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve problems
