    Requirements

    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role
    • Consultative selling experience
    • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs
    • Experience working in a fully remote environment
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Clear communication and strategic thinking
    • Good time management skills
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
    • Independence and autonomy in work
    • Empathy and excellent people skills
    • Motivation to exceed sales quotas

    What You'll Do

    • Find leads and close sales deals with new prospects and existing ones
    • Drive outbound sales activity
    • Target companies thoughtfully and position the benefits of RemoFirst
    • Engage with SDR and marketing teams to refine target account profiles
    • Present demos and take a consultative sales approach
    • Close accounts at a high velocity
    • Track and report progress using the company’s CRM
    • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and sales tech stack

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling HR or FinTech software
    • Previous Employer of Record (EOR) experience
