Requirements
- •Strong track record building substantial production UI
- •Ability to translate design intent into polished production experiences with high bar for layout, typography, interaction, motion, responsiveness, accessibility, and detail
- •Write clear, maintainable frontend code
- •Reason well about state, component architecture, performance, testing, and edge cases
- •Strong design judgment and decision making when specifications are incomplete or constraints exist
- •Think in systems and know when to reuse, extend, or create patterns and abstractions
- •Make sound trade-offs between customer value, design quality, technical feasibility, scope, and risk
- •Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering
- •Communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment
- •Use modern tools including AI-assisted development
