Requirements
- •8+ years of experience shipping production systems
- •Experience building agents with tool use, structured output, context management, evaluation, and orchestration
- •Strong backend fundamentals with experience building reliable, observable, and secure systems

What You'll Do
- •Build and ship advanced AI agents that perform actual work, not just thin wrappers around LLMs
- •Shape the foundation for orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
- •Ship meaningful user-facing features to production and improve them over time
- •Scope, prioritize, and drive rollout of features in partnership with the Product team
- •Fix bugs, ship small improvements, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- •Mentor other engineers and contribute to raising the engineering bar
- •Communicate clearly in a fully remote team environment
- •Engage directly with customers to understand impact of work
- •Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data, and participate in incident response and on-call rotation
- •Write proposals and drive major architecture discussions
- •Spec and architect large projects, gather feedback, and drive design validation and rollout plans
- •Lead initiatives for improving product and systems based on customer priorities
Nice to Have
- •Familiarity with subscription business models, app stores, or developer tools
- •Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
- •Experience with observability frameworks like Langfuse or Langchain
- •Experience building Slack integrations
- •Contributed to open source AI/ML tooling
