Requirements
- •Experience with mobile app businesses or strong interest in the domain
- •4+ years experience in customer success, marketing, growth, support, sales, engineering, account management, or consulting
- •Ability to manage and nurture customer relationships
- •Experience analyzing customer data to provide insights and measure success
- •Strong communication skills with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- •Ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives across time zones
- •Deep desire to understand customer needs and turn them into action
- •Ability to bring creative solutions to customer interactions
- •Experience working in early stage startups or environments without fully backed processes
What You'll Do
- •Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RevenueCat
- •Provide customers with insights and tactics to help grow their business
- •Become an expert in app growth strategies
- •Analyze customer data and provide perspective
- •Propose actionable tactics and develop educational collateral such as live workshops and written guides
- •Conduct initial meetings with customers to discuss their needs and goals
- •Track and report on key success metrics
- •Collaborate with internal app growth experts and external consultants
- •Work with Product team to represent customer needs in product development
- •Contribute to customer NPS and Net Revenue Retention through relationship-building
