Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in content, customer marketing, or product marketing with strong customer focus
- •Experience shipping customer stories that support marketing, sales, or brand credibility
- •Comfortable interviewing customers and building trust quickly
- •Ability to own projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
- •AI-first mindset using modern tools to move faster and scale impact
- •Ability to brief, review, and orchestrate video production without needing to be a video editor
- •Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
- •Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills in writing and conversation
- •Energized by cross-functional collaboration and independent execution
What You'll Do
- •Get close to customers, earn their trust, and tell their stories in inspiring ways
- •Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to surface and align stories to product value
- •Engage in daily contact with customers and internal teams to spot story-worthy moments
- •Shape customer stories into compelling narratives across multiple formats including video, written, events, and campaigns
- •Use AI tools to scale impact and orchestrate freelancers, agencies, and production partners globally
- •Own the customer storytelling pipeline end-to-end
- •Produce flagship customer stories such as long-form case studies or videos
- •Establish intake and prioritization processes with Sales and Customer Success
- •Integrate customer stories into blog content, campaigns, and sales enablement
- •Lead cross-functional, multi-channel customer storytelling campaigns
- •Build and maintain a network of external writers, video teams, and production partners
- •Influence representation of customer success across content and go-to-market efforts
- •Set standards and best practices for customer storytelling at the company
- •Lead large-scale customer storytelling initiatives or campaigns
