What You'll Do
- •Own and drive biggest marketing bets end-to-end
- •Lead ambitious, sometimes unconventional marketing initiatives
- •Shape strategy, own outcomes, and execute marketing campaigns
- •Align cross-functional teams including Content, PMM, Sales, and CS
- •Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- •Audit recent campaigns and identify gaps
- •Build relationships with key stakeholders
- •Define strategy and execution plan for integrated marketing campaigns
- •Establish effective cross-functional campaign collaboration processes
- •Partner with Brand Design and Content teams to ensure brand consistency
- •Launch and measure impact of high-stakes, cross-channel campaigns
- •Introduce unconventional ideas resonating with developer community
- •Shift marketing approach from specialized silos to cohesive integrated machine
- •Demonstrate measurable impact on brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation
- •Be a strategic partner in defining marketing narrative and campaign calendar
