    Requirements

    • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or SaaS
    • Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous setup
    • Experience building talent pipelines and nurture campaigns for technical and non-technical roles
    • Skilled at balancing speed and quality in hiring
    • Data-driven with experience measuring recruiting metrics
    • Operate with empathy and transparency
    • Flexible and collaborative
    • Comfortable working directly with engineers
    • Willing to perform all tasks in the recruiting process
    • Knowledge of building diverse candidate pipelines and challenging bias
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Well-organized with ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities

    What You'll Do

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the company including engineering, finance, and marketing
    • Use tools like Ashby, Notion, and Slack to run streamlined and effective hiring processes
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team and role
    • Source, screen, and close exceptional candidates
    • Build talent pipelines and nurture campaigns for technical and non-technical roles
    • Balance speed and quality in hiring processes
    • Measure recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline effectiveness, and source performance
    • Operate with empathy and transparency to ensure candidates feel valued
    • Work cross-functionally across the organization
    • Work directly with engineers to understand technical teams and candidate profiles
    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and reviewing interview notes
    • Build diverse candidate pipelines and challenge bias
    • Communicate company mission, culture, and values to candidates
    • Audit current open roles and candidate pipelines
    • Develop and refine recruitment strategies
    • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices
    • Establish repeatable hiring frameworks
    • Lead candidate championing and maintain transparency
    • Conduct debriefs and adjust processes based on feedback and data
    • Present updates across hiring teams
    • Analyze hiring outcomes and iterate on sourcing strategies
    • Partner with People Ops to plan for scaling teams
    • Contribute to employer branding and hiring partnerships
