    Requirements

    • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile user acquisition, especially with subscription apps
    • Experience managing substantial paid acquisition budgets
    • Deep knowledge of at least two major mobile ad channels such as Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, or programmatic
    • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition success metrics including LTV modeling, cohort analyses, and payback frameworks
    • Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, or BI tools
    • Working knowledge of mobile measurement landscape and privacy-first shifts
    • Strong customer-facing communication skills
    • Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones

    What You'll Do

    • Run discovery sessions with customers to audit their user acquisition setups and advise on channel strategy
    • Help customers unlock profitable scale in user acquisition
    • Provide feedback and influence product roadmap based on real-world user acquisition insights
    • Create playbooks, templates, and frameworks for scalable user acquisition strategies
    • Develop educational content and public thought leadership on mobile user acquisition
    • Enable internal teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Support to speak intelligently about user acquisition

    Nice to Have

    • Published content, spoken at conferences, or built a public profile around mobile growth or user acquisition
    • Experience with ad monetization and hybrid monetization models
    • Familiarity with RevenueCat's product or being a customer
