    Requirements

    • 7+ years senior-level experience in Event Management in B2B or B2D SaaS environment
    • Proven track record leading strategic event initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes
    • Ability to independently develop and execute event strategies aligning with business objectives
    • Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects across time zones
    • Track record of owning first-party events from conception through post-event analysis including P&L responsibility
    • Experience designing and executing various event formats including field marketing programs, workshops, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and conferences
    • Strong understanding of how events drive pipeline at different customer journey stages
    • Experience with developer and technical audiences, especially mobile app developers, indie makers, and product-led growth communities
    • Experience designing and executing event programming including content strategy, speaker sourcing, agenda development, and educational experiences for technical audiences
    • Ability to work embedded with Sales, Success, and Product teams to design event experiences supporting revenue objectives
    • Proven track record designing and executing demand generation and sales-led events
    • Strong understanding of demand gen metrics including lead generation, MQL conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline influence
    • Proactive problem-solving skills
    • Ability to balance high-level strategy with operational detail and creative execution
    • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt new platforms and processes
    • Experience developing event strategies from first principles and creating unique impactful experiences
    • Advanced problem-solving skills handling complex and ambiguous situations
    • Strong focus on business impact with fluency in demand gen and sales metrics
    • Comfort with regular international travel and managing events across multiple regions and cultures
    • Expertise in asynchronous remote work tools like Notion, Zoom, Slack, and Linear

    What You'll Do

    • Drive strategic initiatives across event calendar

    • Collaborate on event strategy development
    • Own complex multi-stakeholder projects
    • Drive operational excellence across event portfolio
    • Build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product teams
    • Present quick wins and strategic recommendations
    • Demonstrate mastery of event management systems
    • Navigate complex organizational dynamics
    • Design flagship first-party event experience
    • Own end-to-end execution of multiple high-stakes events
    • Complete strategic assessment of event portfolio
    • Lead strategic initiatives integrating events with marketing and sales objectives
