Requirements
- •7+ years senior-level experience in Event Management in B2B or B2D SaaS environment
- •Proven track record leading strategic event initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes
- •Ability to independently develop and execute event strategies aligning with business objectives
- •Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects across time zones
- •Track record of owning first-party events from conception through post-event analysis including P&L responsibility
- •Experience designing and executing various event formats including field marketing programs, workshops, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and conferences
- •Strong understanding of how events drive pipeline at different customer journey stages
- •Experience with developer and technical audiences, especially mobile app developers, indie makers, and product-led growth communities
- •Experience designing and executing event programming including content strategy, speaker sourcing, agenda development, and educational experiences for technical audiences
- •Ability to work embedded with Sales, Success, and Product teams to design event experiences supporting revenue objectives
- •Proven track record designing and executing demand generation and sales-led events
- •Strong understanding of demand gen metrics including lead generation, MQL conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline influence
- •Proactive problem-solving skills
- •Ability to balance high-level strategy with operational detail and creative execution
- •Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- •Ability to rapidly learn and adapt new platforms and processes
- •Experience developing event strategies from first principles and creating unique impactful experiences
- •Advanced problem-solving skills handling complex and ambiguous situations
- •Strong focus on business impact with fluency in demand gen and sales metrics

What You'll Do

- •Present quick wins and strategic recommendations
