Requirements
- •3+ years in an analytics role such as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Engineer
- •Experience as a direct analytics partner to business teams like Marketing, Sales, or Finance
- •Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse
- •Experience owning datasets and dashboards used by non-technical teams
- •Comfortable working with version control systems like git, including branches, pull requests, and code review
- •Experience working with AI agents and ability to verify their answers
- •Clear written communication skills, especially about data limits and caveats
What You'll Do
- •Partner regularly with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product teams to understand their goals and metrics
- •Own analysis end to end: clarify questions, build or pick datasets, deliver answers, ensure decisions follow
- •Develop and document domain knowledge including metric definitions and caveats
- •Build trusted analytics assets such as models in dbt, explores in LookML, and dashboards
- •Use and contribute to AI agent tooling for data analysis and semantic context
- •Contribute to data platform improvements including models, pipelines, and debugging
- •Translate business context into robust analysis and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Python, dbt, Looker or LookML, Snowflake or ClickHouse
- •Subscription or fintech domain experience
- •Experience with high-volume data
