Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx or Platform Engineering with a heavy emphasis on software development
- •Proactive problem-solving and ownership
- •Experience with AWS cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, GitHub
- •Solid knowledge of Python
What You'll Do
- •Build tools, services, and automation to empower the engineering team to ship safely and fast
- •Build and scale the internal development platform
- •Improve existing tools or automation
- •Scope and work on tasks self-sufficiently
- •Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and brainstorms
- •Design and ship major initiatives impacting the engineering team
- •Collaborate closely with other engineers and contribute to roadmap and prioritization
- •Become the go-to expert for internal platforms, services, and infrastructure abstractions
- •Lead AI tool adoption across the engineering organization

- •Understanding of LLMs and AI coding tools and their impact on engineering
