Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in brand or visual design
- •Experience leading creative work for campaigns, launches, or events
- •Hands-on designer who executes work
- •Ability to take project from brief to execution with minimal oversight
- •Strong taste and clear point of view with ability to articulate design decisions
- •Hands-on experience designing for the web and knowledge of web design best practices
- •Working understanding of motion design and animation
- •Experience with AI-first design workflows and modern tools
- •Experience managing external agencies or freelancers
- •Comfortable balancing execution with light leadership responsibilities
- •Ability to work independently and own initiatives end-to-end
What You'll Do
- •Lead creative direction and evolve the brand
- •Design, prototype, and ship brand and campaign assets
- •Build brand consistency while preserving experimentation and personality
- •Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Events, and Leadership
- •Act as main point of contact for external design agencies and freelancers
- •Lead creative direction for flagship App Growth Annual conference
- •Audit existing brand, visual systems, and design workflows
- •Establish brand design principles and direction
- •Create or refine brand systems, templates, and reusable components
- •Improve speed and quality of design output
- •Launch campaigns, sub-brands, or activations
- •Design and oversee visual concepts for events
- •Introduce scalable systems for landing pages and campaign design
- •Mentor other designers or creative partners
- •Own RevenueCat’s brand design and build scalable brand system
