Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business operations, consulting, or similar leadership roles within technology, SaaS, or complex enterprise environments
- •Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational execution
- •Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable plans
- •Experience managing complex initiative portfolios or strategic programs
- •Strong executive communication skills for senior leadership and board-level discussions
- •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability
- •Exceptional organizational and program management skills
What You'll Do
- •Drive operational clarity, execution discipline, and strategic alignment across the client organization
- •Own the executive client operations performance package and narrative for executive leadership, board, and investor reporting
- •Develop and maintain visibility into operational performance, priorities, risks, and outcomes
- •Translate strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes
- •Run the enterprise client initiative portfolio including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and execution discipline
- •Establish governance processes for initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
- •Monitor initiative progress and identify risks with clear escalation paths
- •Drive cross-functional accountability across initiatives
- •Facilitate alignment across Sales, Client Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other functions
- •Govern operational enablement standards including playbooks, templates, and best practices
- •Identify and evaluate AI-enabled operational opportunities
- •Develop business cases for automation and AI adoption
- •Lead the principal expert bench deployment for high-priority initiatives
- •Own operational strategies for Retail Media, Digital Marketing, and Service Partnerships
- •Build strategic content and performance narratives for executive meetings and board sessions
- •Partner with CEO Chief of Staff for executive-level messaging and leadership alignment
Nice to Have
- •Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- •Experience in SaaS, commerce technology, or enterprise software environments
- •Experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles supporting executive leadership
- •Experience implementing operational improvements, automation initiatives, or AI-enabled operational programs
