Requirements

- •Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows while maintaining quality and editorial judgment.
- •Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis to support faster decisions.
- •Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams ensuring effective communication.
- •Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do
- •Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key product area within Rithum's commerce platform.
- •Drive the long-term vision for the eCommerce platform leveraging AI-first approaches.
- •Synthesize qualitative inputs using AI tools to identify themes and prioritization inputs.
- •Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to improve business processes and align client needs.
- •Own and drive roadmap prioritization making independent decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- •Leverage AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows.
- •Lead end-to-end product development and execution from concept to launch.
- •Use AI to accelerate product documentation workflows while maintaining quality.
- •Track development progress, report status to stakeholders, and assist in managing product release cycles.
- •Be the voice and champion of clients, triage requests, and build trust-based relationships.
- •Lead and influence stakeholders across functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment on product strategies and goals.
- •Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support evidence-based product decisions.
Nice to Have
- •Bachelors or Advanced degree.
- •5+ years of product management experience.
