Requirements
- •3+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS industry with complex enterprise level product, preferably in ecommerce
- •Experience building products for onboarding product catalogs including feed submission, validation feedback, and error resolution
- •Experience defining and tracking catalog health metrics and using data to prioritize roadmap investments
- •Experience as a Product Manager working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data & insights platforms
- •Hands-on experience writing evaluations for AI/ML systems
- •Strong experience with full product development lifecycle including goal setting and impact measurement
- •Experience driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems
- •Proven experience supporting team-based projects and ensuring alignment with project goals
- •Experience using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research into structured themes and prioritization inputs
- •Experience prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools
- •Proven use of AI to accelerate documentation workflows while maintaining quality
- •Comfort using AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis
- •Strong ability to work with vendors and internal teams for successful project delivery
- •Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all levels
- •Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and product analytics tools
- •Experience collaborating with large clients

What You'll Do
- •Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Catalog/Listings product area within Rithum's commerce platform
- •Drive the long-term vision for the eCommerce platform leveraging AI-first approaches
- •Synthesize qualitative inputs using AI tools to identify themes and prioritization inputs
- •Define, write, and maintain AI evaluation datasets and rubrics to measure model performance
- •Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to improve business processes and align client needs
- •Own and drive roadmap prioritization making independent decisions on scope and sequencing
- •Leverage AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows
- •Lead end-to-end product development and execution from concept to launch
- •Use AI to accelerate product documentation workflows while maintaining quality
- •Track development progress and assist in managing product release cycles
- •Be the voice and champion of clients, triaging requests and building trust
- •Lead and influence stakeholders across functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment on product strategies
- •Leverage AI-assisted data exploration and analysis to support product decisions
Nice to Have
- •Bachelors or Advanced degree
- •5+ years of product management experience
- •Expertise in product discovery and search including search relevance, indexing strategies, faceted navigation, and ranking models
- •PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup preferably in eCommerce
