Requirements
- •12+ years marketing experience with focus on website management, SEO, marketing automation, and analytics/reporting
- •8+ years leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies with $100M+ revenue
- •Proven track record in digital marketing strategy, website performance, SEO rankings, and conversion rates
- •Expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms
- •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Strong leadership and communication skills with experience building and mentoring teams
What You'll Do
- •Drive overall digital strategy for website, SEO, marketing automation, and data analytics
- •Lead team to improve user experience, organic traffic, and conversions
- •Oversee and optimize inbound lead flow and lifecycle hand-off to Sales
- •Enhance marketing automation workflows
- •Provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis
- •Scale digital marketing efforts and optimize conversion rates
- •Oversee website development, optimization, and performance
- •Develop and implement SEO strategies including LLMs
- •Lead marketing automation platform strategy and execution
- •Build and maintain analytics infrastructure and dashboards
- •Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, content teams, RevOps, and sales
- •Implement A/B testing strategies
- •Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners
- •Evaluate and optimize marketing technology stack
- •Stay current on digital marketing trends and technologies
- •Lead, mentor, and inspire a global marketing team
Nice to Have
- •Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA is a plus
- •Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- •Experience overseeing developers in Agile/scrum methodology using Github and Jira
- •Prior DevOps experience managing sprints, technical infrastructure, information architecture, and QA deployments
- •Familiarity with advanced SEO tactics and tools, ranking in LLMs, and website conversion rate optimization including personalization
- •Experience managing global marketing initiatives and multicultural environments
- •Experience managing and integrating martech tools like Wordpress, Github, Pagely, AWS, Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Pathfactory, Pendo, ReachDesk, Revsure, Trendemon, Wistia
