Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
- •Experience with Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint
- •Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-finance partners
- •Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- •Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to set objectives, establish priorities, plan activities, and manage time effectively
What You'll Do
- •Perform monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning with leadership
- •Support financial aspects including headcount planning, reporting, cost control, and analysis
- •Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, T&E and other non-payroll expenses
- •Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders
- •Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company goals
Nice to Have
- •Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or MBA
- •Prior experience with Pigment and Salesforce
- •Prior experience supporting and partnering with c-suite level stakeholders
- •Understanding of general accounting principles, month end close, GL responsibilities
- •Comfort using AI tools such as chat based assistants, summarization tools, and reporting copilots
