    • •Partner with the Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and Information Security teams to identify recurring manual tasks that are strong candidates for automation.
    • •Collaborate with partner teams to test, deploy, and monitor automation workflows, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
    • •Provide occasional guidance to Service Desk teammates on scripting fundamentals and automation best practices as experience grows.
    • •Document automation workflows, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides so that solutions remain supportable and repeatable across the IT organization.

    • •Apply lessons learned from prior automation efforts to improve reliability, reduce inefficiencies, and anticipate dependencies in future builds.
    • •Monitor the performance and reliability of deployed automations, escalating and resolving issues within area of ownership.
    • •Use AI as starting point for recurring IT work — configuration research, scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution design.
    • •Validate AI-generated scripts, configurations, and recommendations in non-production environments before applying them, following responsible AI use and data security standards.
    • •Share effective AI-assisted approaches and prompts with teammates when they meaningfully improve automation quality or speed.
    • •Continuously identify opportunities where automation and AI can be applied to Business Technology workflows, escalating larger opportunities to manager.
