Requirements

•4+ years of proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment
•3+ years of experience in the online casino / iGaming space
•Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web-based funnels
•Experience leading growth initiatives focused on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics
•Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and data science
•Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet strict quarterly KPIs
•Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
•Experience building and executing strategic roadmaps for growth testing

•Define and implement hypotheses to improve conversion rate (CR) to purchase and lifetime value (LTV) within the web funnel
•Analyze data on competitive environment and user behavior to propose strategies for customer acquisition efficiency and CPA improvement
•Run a robust testing roadmap to drive continuous improvement in the web funnel and meet quarterly KPIs
•Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute optimization strategies
•Lead the entire growth process from hypothesis creation to implementation and evaluation
•Work closely with User Acquisition team to optimize the full user flow from interaction to payment
•Understand user pain points and behaviors to determine effective product selling strategies
