Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, business operations, or general management within a B2B SaaS environment
- •Strong hands-on experience with data, metrics, BI dashboards, and operational reporting
- •Proven ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, scale and execute in a fully remote, distributed, and low-bureaucracy organization
- •Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success
- •Strong analytical thinking combined with a practical, doer mindset and clear written communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Build a clear, shared understanding of company-wide metrics and performance
- •Lead the integration of operational and data foundations across merged companies
- •Own and roll out a structured operating cadence (e.g. OKRs)
- •Drive key cross-functional initiatives such as pricing alignment and operational process improvements
- •Own and improve the company’s operating model including planning, execution, and follow-through
- •Establish, own, and maintain company-wide KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- •Lead operational and revenue-related initiatives such as pricing changes and forecasting
- •Improve cross-team coordination, ownership, and documentation in a remote environment
- •Act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to the CEO
- •Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, ambiguous, or cross-functional projects
