Requirements
- •At least 3 years of professional Rails development experience
- •Practical understanding of running Rails at scale and solving performance challenges
- •Hands-on Kubernetes experience beyond basic usage
- •Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud infrastructure automation tools, and CI/CD pipeline management
- •Basic frontend development skills with JavaScript/CSS
- •Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- •Empathy and ability to work in a close-knit team
What You'll Do
- •Enhance Rewardful's infrastructure and scaling capabilities
- •Support affiliate management platform for SaaS companies
- •Lead infrastructure optimization efforts
- •Implement scalable solutions
- •Contribute to product stability and growth
- •Design, code, and ship new features
- •Make decisions about architecture and technology
- •Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions
- •Configure and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- •Assist customer support and build tools to automate platform operations
- •Write automated tests, provide code reviews, and maintain the platform
