Requirements
- •Proven leadership experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS company is usually very great to have, however not always required - we are ready to hire for CEO growth potential with exceptional previous B2B SaaS growth results
- •Demonstrated track record of defining and executing successful strategies (PLG, enterprise GTM, partnerships)
- •Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- •Experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on culture and talent development
- •Ability to make high-stakes strategic decisions and manage multiple stakeholders
- •Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English
What You'll Do
- •Define and execute the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with saas.group objectives and market opportunities
- •Lead the go-to-market and commercial execution (PLG, inbound/enterprise sales, partnerships), owning revenue performance
- •Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure succession planning
- •Foster innovation and operational excellence by introducing process improvements and leveraging cutting-edge practices
- •Represent the brand externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- •Drive financial performance by building budgets, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven strategic decisions
