Requirements
- •Hands-on AI fluency and orchestration using Claude and/or Codex daily
- •Ability to explain AI concepts like MCP, skills, agents, and plugins in plain words
- •Experience building AI workflows including Claude/Codex skills, n8n flows, and small agents
- •Familiarity with Git, terminal, and n8n or ability to learn quickly
- •Operator instinct for systems and workflow decomposition
- •Change management skills to win trust and ensure adoption
- •At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a real function
- •Fluent English and clear communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Embed with a brand or central function to map and measure current workflows
- •Redesign workflows with AI at the center and implement changes
- •Develop Claude or Codex skills, set up n8n flows, and build smaller agents as needed
- •Train teams and ensure adoption of new AI-driven workflows
- •Write tool-agnostic playbooks for redesigned processes
- •Provide hands-on coaching to teams for adoption
- •Measure success by adoption and workflow impact
- •Onboard newly acquired brands into AI tools and workflows
