Requirements
- •3–4 years in a similar B2B SaaS sales role, ideally in a hunter-oriented SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR) position
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Strong understanding of the sales process with a goal-driven attitude and resilience
- •Strong discovery and qualification capabilities
- •Comfortable using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce, outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms
- •Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
- •Collaborative and willing to learn from feedback
What You'll Do
- •Proactive outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline
- •Qualification of inbound leads generated by marketing
- •Engage key stakeholders and identify high-potential opportunities for the Sales Team
- •Use various channels such as outbound calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creative account-based approaches to identify and engage target accounts
- •Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- •Leverage sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and AI-powered research tools
- •Become an expert on Crosstalent’s offerings and use cases
- •Work closely with the Sales Team and Marketing to transition qualified leads and refine messaging
- •Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
- •Own MQL-to-SQL conversion and meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated

- •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for prospect research, personalization, sequencing, and productivity enhancement
- •Knowledge of HR tech, B2B SaaS, Generative and Agentic AI, or data-driven business models
