Requirements
- •6–10 years of experience in Private Equity or M&A practice
- •JD or LLM degree required
- •Experience with AI and prompt-engineering workflows
- •Understanding of international tax and tax treaties
- •Operational mindset focused on deal velocity and risk quantification
What You'll Do
- •Lead the legal lifecycle of ~5 acquisitions/year including SPA and managing local counsel in Europe and North America
- •Use AI to model tax-efficient deal structures and maintain global transfer pricing framework
- •Manage a $100M debt facility including drawdowns, covenant compliance, and lender relations
- •Oversee compliance for a 400-person workforce across multiple countries
- •Manage and scale the Stock Appreciation Rights program globally
- •Implement AI-driven due diligence for contract audits
- •Deploy internal AI tools for routine legal and HR queries
- •Optimize outside counsel usage with AI verification
- •Own the budget and implement AI due diligence, entity management, contract lifecycle management, and tax AI research tools

- •Experience building a no-code legal tech stack
