Requirements
- •Proven track record of personally generating revenue in small B2B SaaS
- •Experience in growth, product, or founder/operator roles in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, ideally in early-stage or small-team environments
- •Customer-facing by instinct and preference, comfortable with high-volume merchant interactions
- •Technically fluent to scope features with developers and understand API docs and integration trade-offs
- •Commercially literate with experience owning pricing experiments, conversion metrics, and revenue outcomes
- •Self-directed and experienced in building structure and processes from scratch
- •Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento or similar
- •AI literacy and practical application of AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality
What You'll Do
- •Own the commercial side of the brand end-to-end including pricing and packaging, expansion into the existing base, competitive win-back, and customer acquisition
- •Direct the product roadmap and manage a senior developer and support team member
- •Run demos and merchant conversations, support escalations, and gather roadmap insights
- •Scope and price custom development work and ensure delivery and billing
- •Improve operating processes including documentation, help-centre content, CRM discipline, and lightweight processes
- •Use AI tools to enhance support, product specs, documentation, competitive research, and data analysis
