Requirements
- •4–7+ years in product management, growth, or founder/operator roles in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
- •Technically fluent to scope features with engineers and read API docs without coding
- •Demonstrated habitual use of AI tools in real work
- •Customer-facing skills including support conversations and demos
- •Self-directed and able to build structure and processes
- •Commercially literate with experience owning conversion metrics, pricing experiments, and revenue outcomes
What You'll Do
- •Lead the product roadmap and prioritize direction for engineering/QA team
- •Handle merchant conversations, run demos and onboarding calls
- •Drive conversion and expansion by revamping onboarding flow and running upsell motions
- •Improve operating layer including documentation and help-centre content
- •Use AI tools across support, product specs, documentation, and data analysis
